Dr.Web announces the release of update scanner

Dr.Web, announces the release of the next update antivirus Dr.Web scanner with graphical interface that is used in products such as Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web 5.0 for Windows, Dr.Web Enterprise Suite, Dr.Web for Windows Servers, as well as through Internet service Dr.Web AV-Desk, which is used by Internet Service Providers for anti-virus protection of their clients.

This update improved anti-rootkit module, improved algorithm checks the boot sectors. Fixed a bug that caused it to crash when you try to perform a full scan on computers running Windows Vista SP1/SP2 and Windows 7.

For users of Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web 5.0 for Windows, Dr.Web Enterprise Suite, Dr.Web for Windows Servers, updates will be done automatically. Upgrading will not affect the scanner for win9x-systems.
